These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Drivi Pro Studio ("Drivi", "the Service"), operated by Atlagia. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services at app.drivi.pro or drivi.pro, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Drivi Pro Studio is an AI-powered 3D generation platform that enables users to create 3D models from text prompts, images, and mathematical functions. The Service includes features such as:

• Text to 3D model generation
• Image to 3D model conversion
• AI-assisted model editing
• Augmented Reality (AR) model viewing
• Export to GLB, USDZ, and STL formats
• Parametric mathematical surface generation

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Business), as well as custom token purchases. All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a subscription or tokens, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Token purchases are non-refundable once used.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all 3D models and content you generate using the Service. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and sell your generated content.

Our Platform: Drivi Pro Studio, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of Atlagia. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent token limits, abuse the API, or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlagia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@drivi.pro. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Atlagia operates.
